Stanford Alumni Club and GLab: School of Global Studies Social Innovation Lab, Thammasat University, hosted a leadership workshop run by the Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute (BECI) and led by acclaimed professors of the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley--Dr. Mark Rittenberg and Doy Charnsupharindr (Stanford '00). The highly interactive workshop was designed to enable participants to discover their authentic selves and understand how they can build trust with others in both professional and personal lives. Then, through hands-on exercises, they would learn the skills to communicate their thoughts and connect with others in a more authentic and effective way. This was a great opportunity to engage in a fun learning experience about leadership and get to know other participants of various backgrounds.
Everyone had fun, and we all learned at least a few new things about our style of leadership and communications!
